After you have placed your order, you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your package and view the planned delivery time.

It is possible that for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. All return requests will be accepted up until 30 days of the purchase date. We kindly ask that that all orders are returned un-used in its original packaging. Once we have received your item, we will notify you with confirmation on whether your refund has been approved. If approved, payment will be made back to the card used to make the original purchase (please allow a few days for this to be processed). For all returns, please send us an email first at HELLO@YOGANIC.COM, so we can confirm the return shipping address. Please get proof of postage when returning items as well as a valid form of shipping insurance - we sadly will not be able to issue a refund if the item gets lost in transit back to us!
