Our beautiful retreat home sits in the heart of the jungle (Ubud), surrounded by rice fields, bamboo and coconut trees – a space where we invite you with intention, to feel totally and utterly inspired. Together with twice daily yoga, sacred circles, ceremonial sound healing, daily meditation, medicinal foods/juices, beautiful nature and the rising of the new moon – this carefully crafted week see’s us open a powerful portal of opportunity – to move, connect, integrate - and love. You’ll find an abundance of space including luscious gardens, eternity pools (with giant Buddhas), natural rock landscaping with beds of fresh herbs, plants and trees – which are dotted with many giant hanging baskets to sit in, for those stiller more delicious moments of solitude. With our magnificent yoga shala situated amongst giant bamboo trees, and a beautiful fresh juice bar (serving coconuts, pressed detox juices and smoothies), our home for the week simply radiates magic. WHY BALI
Bali is a magnetic, alchemical island. There is a great energy that gently forms this serene tropical paradise. Every time I arrive and step off the plane, I feel this instant spangled swirl of energy of arriving ‘home’. From healing to happiness, Balinese culture intentionally strives towards balancing 3 realms – people, nature and the Gods. Togetherness – and community – is at the heart of this truly magical culture of abundance. Our retreat finds home within the heart of the island – Ubud. Named after the Balinese word for ‘medicine’ (you may recognise parts if you’ve seen Eat Pray Love!) you’ll find an abundance of space! Rivers that wind their way through all directions on the landscape, rice fields that give life to mysterious plants (coloring cloths that are woven into the thread of life), sacred waterfalls buried within luscious leafy jungles. Not to mention the art and natural medicine that resides in the land! Stimulants that grow in all shapes – artisan coffee beans, cacao, kombucha, beer. Almond matcha lattes and botanical cocktails made with leaves. Tableware and artwork – ceramics that are earth turned by fire into stone. There really is a special energy that forms this serene tropical paradise. It’s a place I connect with on so many levels – both personally and as a community. To host a retreat here, is an absolute dream.

About Liv
Blending the ancient wisdoms of yogic tradition with her love for free flowing authentic movement – Liv’s vinyasa based practice and teachings are harnessed on embodiment and experience. From an earthy elemental practice, to a firey dynamic asana, to gentle breathwork and Yin – all are deeply connected and rooted in the breath.
Whether you are starting out on your yoga journey or you have a regular practice/are a dedicated practitioner, Liv’s warming style accommodates for all levels – with her primary focus of movement being centred around FEELING. How we are experiencing & embodying the pose, as opposed to being caught up on how it looks/should look. We are all unique individuals, with different routines and needs – Liv’s style allows you to get what you need from your practice, whilst celebrating the shapes that are completely unique to you.
Working with modifications and many variations to help ease or enhance your practice – there is a wonderful togetherness that comes from these classes together on retreat. Liv will work closely with everyone’s practice, whilst nurturing the magic and connection between the group – the magic of YOGA, in this very beautiful part of the world.

THE ROOMS
All rooms are beautifully crafted 'bali chic' style & nestled in/amongst an endless paradise of greenery. They are all eco run & uniquely designed using upcycled wood and furniture. Each boutique room is lovingly fitted with an ensuite bathroom, eco-friendly A/C, mineral water. towels, bathrobes, slippers and all natural toiletries.
All of the rooms are offered as shared occupancy - a wonderful way to meet & connect with like minded souls, and make wonderful meaningful friendships over the retreat. Many guests come by themselves - it's a wonderful way to intergrate & be inspired! If sharing - you will be paired with someone wonderful of the same sex, unless you wish to book as a couple or with a friend, in which case let us konw at the point of booking (you will need to both select/book the shared option) and we will make sure you are together.
Rooms can also be offered as private occupancy, for those who wish to indulge in deep peace and private space to themselves - you can select this as indicated.
All rooms can be made up into king size beds (for private), or split into two singles (for shared).
