SEED is a 3 part portal - a collective of grounding videos that will help sow the seed to a strong & positive practice. 

At times, it’s easy to get caught in the mind. We analyse past actions & self make scenarios for the future – but when we are routed to our body and breath we are anchored in the present, where things are much more alive! These 3 wonderful videos do exactly that, planting the seed for the day ahead whilst tapping into the smaller subtler internal flows of the body. 

Video lengths range from 10 to 30 minutes - including a simple meditation, a slow flow and a dynamic flow (with lots of options/modifications as appropriate) - curated to be practiced again and again, to where it takes you each time. 

Once purchased - SEED will sent to you via a private link, for you to practice whenever and wherever you wish. Please make a note of your preferred email you'd like them sent to at checkout.
